Emma

Emma is our dedicated apprentice with a passion for customer service, organization, cleanliness, and learning new skills. As an older sister, Emma has always enjoyed styling her younger sister’s hair and that is what first sparked her interest in the industry. Her time at local businesses honed her skills in communication, training, and problem-solving, while her work at a salon in Winchester introduced her to the world of hair care. Emma started at Blake and Co. at the beginning of 2025 and has learned the ins and outs of the salon life, from welcoming customers and making them feel at home, to making sure that the salon is kept looking it’s absolute best. She values all the time she gets to learn as she always values the creativity and connection that has come with her work. She takes pride in tailoring services and experiences to each client and finds joy in making sure each client feels valued and beautiful!
