Peggy completed her training in Applied Kinesiology Studies in Herndon in 1994 and also became nationally, board-certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. To maintain her credentials, Peggy has completed numerous continuing education coursework throughoutthe years including deep-tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, reflexology, and more. She is a Reiki master and incorporates energy, balancing and breath work into all of her sessions. Peggy will customize your massage therapy session to best suit your individual needs whether you are looking to relax or have specific issues that need to be addressed.
